Title: Quarterny Structure Prediction

My work in the field of protein interactions heavily relies on the distinction between biologically relevant and irrelevant interfaces between proteins. The state-of-art tool for this task is the EBI PISA Service, a relatively new, already well-regarded and yet in many ways still mysterious program. In the seminar, I will a give a short introduction to how it is employed and do a live demo of some curious sample structures. Active participation is highly encouraged, especially regarding physical and chemical implications.
