Title: (SNP) Sequence Annotation Pipeline(s) -- Content and Visualisation

The talk will give an overview of existing SNP prediction tools and annotation pipelines. It will also give an introduction to "Summary Sheets" for visualising the output of database queries and predictions. Finally it will introduce a raw concept of the SNP Pipeline we plan to build and hopefully lead to a lively brainstorming and discussion session.
